Before School Care Programme Times
Our Before School Care Programme runs from 7.30am - 8.30am, Monday to Friday during Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto School Terms.
Routine
7.30 am – Arrive / Free time/Breakfast
8.15 am – Breakfast stops being served / free time
8.25 am – Tidy up equipment being played with / get ready for class / community time
8.30 am – Years 3-8 are signed out to walk to class and years 1-2 will be walked to class by Assistant Supervisor.

Each morning we provide a healthy breakfast, that complies with Ministry of Health guidelines. We provide water, milk or milo for children to drink.
We have a maximum of 60 children per day.
After School Care
After School Care Programme Times
Our After School Care Programme runs from 3.00pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday during Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto School Terms.
Routine: Monday - Thursday
3:00 pm – Sign in / free time (Tamariki in Years 1 & 2 collected from class)
3:10 pm – Community time (catch up on daily events/news etc.)
3.20 pm – Afternoon tea
3.30 pm – Free time / outside time (weather dependent)
4.00 pm – Quiet Time/group games
4.30 pm – free time/ Arts and Crafts each day
5:30 pm – Pack up time
6:00 pm – Home Time
Each afternoon we provide a healthy snack, that complies with Ministry of Health guidelines. We provide water, milk or milo for children to drink. We have a maximum of 60 children each day.
Friday Fun Day!
On Friday's we have free time and Friday Bingo with prizes to be won. We have use of the Beckenham Park and will quite often play in the playground.

School Holiday Programme Times
Our School Holiday Programme runs from 7:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday during Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto School holiday periods (closed between Christmas and New Year).
What's included?
Our days are filled with games, crafts, playing outside and baking. We have plenty of free time for tamariki to unwind and spend time with friends. We also have two excursions per week.
We provide breakfast up until 8.15 am every morning, as well afternoon tea at 3pm for those that book for a full day. We have a maximum of 60 tamariki during the holiday programme.
What to bring?
We ask tamariki to come with sun-hats, a packed lunch (nut-free) and a water bottle every day.
